Hi, I’m Holly, a speech therapist specializing in orofacial myology, who loves working with families to improve children’s lives. As a mother myself, I know firsthand that your child’s health and happiness is your top priority. I am here to help your child become functional and communicate effectively and equip you and your child with tools to foster your child’s development and success.

I was born and raised in Houston. I graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Psychology and then received my Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas in Dallas, a nationally acclaimed program. I am licensed through the state of Texas and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and have worked all over the greater Houston area in home health, outpatient clinics, and private practice while collaborating with a number of different professionals. I am certified in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and the Tr-eat model for feeding/behavior therapy, and have completed extensive training with Dr. Edythe Strand in childhood apraxia of speech (CAS).

It was when my daughter was born and diagnosed with a tongue tie, lip tie, and orofacial myofunctional disorder that I began my journey towards becoming a specialist in orofacial myology. I have since found the missing link that has enabled me to more efficiently and effectively treat my patients with speech sound disorders and more. Currently, I work closely with Dr. Gandhi with West U Pediatric Dentistry and families to prepare them for tongue and lip tie release.

When I’m not working with families, I love spending time with my husband, Jacob, our daughter, Charlotte, and our dog, Finn. I love to travel, hang out with my girlfriends, read, bake, and play beach volleyball.
